Florals and Folklore
Whoever said florals are only meant for spring, clearly didn't love florals enough. I for one, have an infinite love for the print and all things related to it. When florals make it to the fabric you're wearing, it livens up your outfit almost immediately and creates a somewhat radiating aura around you. This outfit combines the flirty nature of florals along with the sophistication of solid black. I designed this outfit bearing in mind that maxi tops are all the rage now and can be coupled with practically anything! What's Indian about this outfit you ask? The fact that this maxi top can be worn on top of a chudidar/pant, perfectly adapting to the role of a new age kurta!
The skirt, which is flamboyantly floral, is made from pure cotton making it as comfortable as it is stylish! The wavy, dreamy nature of this outfit makes you feel like you're floating on clouds and the fabric is so lightweight that I could even possibly break out into a dance wearing it! I'll keep this write up short and let you go straight to the pictures to know exactly what I'm talking about!
